Exchanges & Returns

Return period

We have a return period of 30 days within which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 30 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days.

Conditions return

All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the item.

For items purchased on sale or discounted items, Nobless® does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or can be redeemed for a credit. 

Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Returns are at your own expense and depend on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product gets damaged during shipping or production. Of course, we are happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@nobless-fashion.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

We recommend that you consult the size chart on the product page. You can find it by clicking on "size finder," which is located directly below the size selector. This will help you find the perfect size for you.

Orders & Payments

Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed because we process and package your order as quickly as possible.

Does the item not fit? If so, please return it to us for the correct size.

Shipping

We deliver worldwide. Nobless® orders are shipped with FedEx, DPD or UPS.

Didn't receive your order? We are sorry you are waiting so long! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. The same day your order will be shipped. Here you will receive an email with a track & trace to follow the package. Did you not receive this email or is the status of your package unclear?
